Foul (2F, 1F/1NB, or 2NB, 30 minutes) 

Foul documents the encounter of an adult and a teenager in the woods near a little-league game. Each air grievances about their lives, self-worth, and family, while seeking refuge from the outside world.

MOTHER WIT (1F or 1NB, 10 minutes)

MOTHER WIT  explores the relationship between an erratic, distant mother, Station, and a child that she is no longer able to care for. 

The play is written in monologue format. A one-person play for a woman or non-binary person. 

MOTHER WIT was published in While We Await Celebration, an anthology of plays written during the COVID-19 lockdown, in the fall of 2020.

“I won’t trust the post office”
 
Poem published in under the name ‘Megan Simpson’ in Underblong, Issue 3 (ed. Chen Chen and Sam Herschel Wein). The poem is a irreverent, cautious love letter. 

Intercom: The World of Internet Comics

Zine written and illustrated in collaboration with Em Keenan. 

Intercom explores writing techniques in different web- and internet-comic works. Using a casual, friendly style, the zine meditates on our personal and societal relationships to comics and zines as media. 
“Inside, Beyond the Reaches of the Sun!”

Poem published in CONSUMPTION: FEM Fall 2019. The poem grapples with decay, death, disgust, and disability.
RAM (2F/1M, 30 minutes)

One-act play inspired by Paul and Linda McCartney’s 1971 album RAM. RAM follows two women who run into a magical ram on a road trip to California. The ram takes them on a whirlwind journey through the McCartney’s album and each woman’s relationship to the other.
